Overview

The Emergency Exit tool provides a simple and quick solution for users who need to close all open positions, cancel orders, and withdraw their funds from Orderly Network DEXs.

When to Use

You may want to use the offboarding tool if you:
  • Need to exit all positions quickly due to market conditions
  • Want to withdraw all funds from Orderly Network in a streamlined process
  • Are discontinuing use of a particular DEX built on Orderly
  • Need an emergency exit for any reason

How It Works

The offboarding process involves three simple steps:
  1. Close positions and cancel orders — Market close all your perpetual futures positions and cancel any pending orders
  2. Settle PnL — Realize your trading profits/losses and update your account balance
  3. Withdraw/transfer funds — Transfer your USDC and other assets to your wallet
